This recipe was posted by a member from my running group and I decided to try it and share it with you all. If you do decide to try it, please let me know whether you liked it or not. The original recipe didn’t call for peanut butter, I just added it since it was a post-workout shake.
Skinny Post-Run Shake
3/4 cup almond milk (I used coconut)
1-2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Agave or sweetener of your choice to taste
10-15 ice cubes
Blend at high speed and drink.
